45 minutes. Three parts. The honest fit.
Before any work begins, we talk. 45 minutes. No pitch deck. No selling. Just an honest look at whether this is the right fit for you and the right fit for me. You'll know by the end of the call.
Tell me what made you click the button to book this call. No fluff. I listen. I might ask one or two follow-ups. I don't fix anything yet. I don't teach anything yet. I just hear you.
The Beatnik hard truth. Coaching is not therapy. Coaching is not someone to be nice to you. The 10-session program has homework. You will hate it sometimes. You will hate me sometimes. If you stick with it and don't quit, you'll have your life back. If you want soft handholding, I'll send you somewhere else.
I'll tell you my mission. My overarching mission is lowering the rate of suicide on the planet. There's no room in there to be nice. There's no room to take the slow path.
Then I'll walk you briefly through what the 10 sessions look like and show you the contract.
Your turn. You get to interview me. Ask me anything. At the end I'll ask you the literal question......do you want to do this? If yes, I send you the contract. If maybe, I give you 48 hours and follow up once. If no, I thank you and offer a referral to someone who might fit better.
If we're a fit, you'll get:
The contract. Read it, sit with it, come to Session 1 prepared.
A Wheel of Life worksheet. Fill it in. Bring it to Session 1.
If you've read this far, you already know if this is for you.
The call is 45 minutes. No charge. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about whether the work we'd do together is the work you actually want to do.
