Online for one-on-one sessions......Zoom, anywhere in the world. Workshops are in person when possible, online when it's not. If you're local to the Lower Mainland and we both want to meet face-to-face for a session, we can talk about it.

Most of what we do isn't new. It draws from thousands of years of human practice......what people have been doing forever to meet the three core needs of mind, body, and spirit. Discovery session is on the house. One Zoom call, up to 45 minutes. You'll get an intake sheet of questions by email beforehand to answer and prepare. I only need five minutes to know if we're a fit......the other forty are yours. If we're in, you can book your first session on the spot. After that, single sessions are $175. Most people work with me on the 10-session arc......$1,360 for the full ten. No hidden fees. No upsells. You pay for the work and the work is what you get.
