An honest look at where you are and where you're trying to go. No defending, no pretending. Just facts on the ground. You'll leave knowing the territory you're standing on, where you want to get to, and who you'll need to become to get there.
What actually matters to you, underneath the noise. We'll cut through what other people told you to want and find what pulls you. You'll leave with a clearer sense of your own values and a tool to know when you've drifted off your line.
The honest mirror. You'll look at how you've actually been showing up and what it's cost. You'll leave with a 5-year preview......if nothing changed, where would you be? Sometimes that's the most useful thing a man can see.
The autopilot inventory. We look at how you've been acting in the moments that matter and what results those moves keep producing. You'll leave with your own ACES read......An in depth look at where you have personal advantages and where some work needs to be done.
Where you've given away your power and called it being a good guy. We'll find the spots where you've handed someone else the keys, what it's costing you, and what taking the keys back would look like. You'll leave with the leaks named.
The build. We map your renovation plan together......the punchlist of what gets fixed, in what order, by when. You'll leave with the plan and a 15 minute laser coaching call between this session and the next, because the work between sessions is where the change happens.
What's been there the whole time you couldn't see. Sometimes the thing you need is already in the room. You just haven't built the eyes for it yet. You'll leave with your own honest hunt for what's been there waiting.
Belief as a working tool, not a feeling. There may be things your heart wants to believe but your reasonable brain keeps giving you evidence not to see.
